In her latest adventure, Wendy travels to Amsterdam on behalf of Timothy Mobuto Seko Seko and his junior brother Nzango, to recover a billion gazzillion dollars. Along the way, she encounters the good Doctor Wesley Stevens, Steve Martins, and a mysterious fat guy named Mr. Collins. Through the amazing technology of the internet Wendy gets pictures of Mr. Collins. All while sitting at her desk, halfway around the world.

In the email thread below, we have 3 main characters: Timothy Mobuto Seko Seko (The original solicitor), Wesley Stevens (The guy setting up the deal in Amsterdam), and Wendy Willcox (The perceived victim). Wendy's emails appear in italics.

Let's pick up the action as Wendy receives the initial solicitation:

Subject: Respond

Dear Wendy,

Thank you very much for your response to my mother's mail, which she has forwarded to me due to the fact that mother is seriously sick now, so that both of us (you and I) will work as a team, to actualize our dream.

It is not a joke on a serious note for this transaction is real with enough proofs.

It is very important that we adopt a code now that we are ready to do this deal. our secret code will be "1969". Any message I send you must indicate the code and if I call you or you call me, you always ask what is the secret code before you discuss anything with me. The reason for this is to ensure it is me you are dealing with, taking into consideration the confidentiality nature of this transaction and Nigerians that are very corrupt.

We are very serious people pushed to the extreme end of the wall. You must understand that it is frustrations and betrayals form people very closer to my family that has made us throw caution to the wind and trust you that we have never met, but as the saying goes, "when there is no venture, there can be no success".

I am Timothy Sese-seko and am presently in Congo, while my mother and younger brother are in another Africa country. Before I brief you on the nature of the pending project at hand. I would want to bring to your notice that due to the present political situation in my country, my family is under surveillance. Even my international passport has been long seized by the Congo government and I can not travel as for now.

Therefore, I will be most obliged if both of us have at the bottom of our heart trust/confidentiality, trust/confidentiality comes before anything in this our pending project. In a nutshell, confidentiality should be our watch word.

Sequel to my mother's mail, she deposited the sum of $100,000,000.00 USD with a security company in Europe and the government of my country is unaware of this money, if not they would have confiscated it. hence you see the reason why confidentiality is necessary in ensuring a smooth completion of this deal.

Furtherance to the above, we seek your assistance to travel down to Europe and act as the beneficiary of the money, secure the money in cash and thereafter, open an account in Europe lodge the funds in and subsequently transfer in bits to your valid account in your country of abode.

How do we plan to achieve this? My perfect modalities to ensure a risk and hitch free duration of this deal are as follows.

1. I will send to your an agreement which you must be scanned and sent via email/ fax, issued in my name indicating that after you must have secured the funds in Europe, it will be safe in your custody and be used for further for investment.

2. After I receive the agreement from you,I will then instruct my mother's Lawyer to draft a power of Attorney, changing the beneficiary name to your name/company. And I will send you a copy which you will sign and send back to me. I will turn send it to the Security Company in Amsterdam, notifying them in the changes of beneficiary from mother's to yours.

3. The security company in Europe will now take care of all the paper work down there and in due course I will furnish you with their contact number. So that you can book an appointment with the Security Company on when you are to arrive Europe.

4. We have agreed to give you 20% of the total money as your commission for your assistance and cooperation.

5. You are also required to send us your complete name and address which we will use to refer you to the security company in Europe and a photo copy of your international passport or driver license to enable us know you that we are dealing with.

I await your prompt response to my mail, as we have to commence immediately, as you are aware time is of equal importance as confidentiality in this transaction and endeavour to send me your most confidentail elephone and fax number.

Please, feel free to contact me at any time to ask questions were you are not clear on my confidential Satelite Voice number: +874 762921845 Satelite Voice number: +871 762921845 Fax: +874 762921846 Fax: +871 762921846 at any time of the day and make sure I am the one speaking by asking me of the code before communicating in detail.

My warmest regards,

Timothy. "1969"

Timothy,

This sounds very interesting. Wow. $100,000,000 is a lot of money.

I do some business traveling, but do not get to Europe very often. I am a part owner of Swollennutz Development Corporation. While are main offices are in Chicago, we have some projects going on overseas. I suppose I could set up a special trip for this if you do indeed intend to pay 20% as promised. I showed your original email to my partner and he was very skeptical. Therefore, I need to keep this whole thing confidential from him, as he would probably be angry if he found out I had responded.

To what area of Europe do I need to travel? Do I need to travel to The Congo?

Yes, I can travel to Amsterdam if I need to. But you did not answer my question in regard to whether I need to travel to The Congo. I saw the movie "Congo" and it was very frightening. I would be afraid of the gorillas if I travelled there.

Also, are there any other expenses I need to cover besides the airfare and accomodations? I could probably set up a trip to Amsterdam if need to. My company, Swollennutz has a business park development in Amsterdam called "The Clap". Perhaps you have heard of it?

Please respond to my questions on travel to The Congo and any other expenses I must cover in this deal.

Tim,

I was getting worried that something had happened to you. I hope your mother is okay. Please convey my sympathies to her, as well as the hope that she recovers. What is ailing her? Is it serious?

Attached to this message is the contract per your request. Could you please sign and return a copy to me for my records. Thank you for your assurances that I would not have to travel to The Congo. Have you seen the movie "Congo"? It is quite frightening.

Travel to Amsterdam will not be a problem, since our project "The Clap" is located there, and I have complete control over it. Although my partner secured this contract at its inception, he gave me The Clap earlier this year.

I am looking at a potential travel date to Amsterdam on Saturday, April 20. It is imperative that I keep our business confidential as my partner would be very angry if he discovered it. Is one week enough time for you to set up a meeting with us and the security company? Also, please reveal the financial details of this transaction. You still have not given me specific information on fees that I need to pay, nor the form in which I am to pay them.

Thank you, Tim.

God bless your mother.

I am very sorry to hear your mother has cancer of the lever.

My mother had fulcrumatic cancer a few years ago. She had a lot of success with Tian Xian Liquid, which I highly recommend to you. Details on this cure are located at http://www.cancer-herbs.com. Although she died about 5 years after diagnosis, I beleive the Tian Xian helped prolong her life. The website contains much scientific proof and testimonials, so I am certain it is a quality product.

I will work to set up a trip to Amsterdam on April 20. I am still somewhat apprehensive, since I do not know how much money will be required to secure the funds. You say the costs are minimal, but this term may mean different things to different people. For instance, it may be a lot of money for me. Perhaps we can use part of the funds in the shipment to cover the costs? Also, I know very little about you. Perhaps you could send a picture of yourself to help with my concerns. I am attaching a picture of myself for you.

Note: 419 Scammers will invariably try and get any information they can on you. They are usually very persistent in asking for phone numbers, fax numbers, along with requests that YOU call THEM. It is usually not very difficult to dodge these. For now, we are just as anonomous as they are and we need to keep it that way. One way to avoid disclosing a fax number is to ask that the documents be scanned and sent as an email attachment. In my case, I started looking through the all the email spams I get, and found one with a fax number on it. It was for ordering a "Internet Investigator CD" or Penis Enlargement pills, or something. Anyway, this is the fax number that appears in the next email. I figure I kill 2 birds with one stone here: Keep the scammer going, and waste some email spammer's fax paper.

Can you email your picture as an email attachment? This is important to me, as I am a visual person who can relate better to people by their picture. I would also enjoy a picture of your junior brother, Nzanga, if possible.

How is your mother? She must be very proud of her sons, Timothy and Nzanga. I trust the both of you remain strong.

I regret that I cannot set up travel for Tuesday. At the moment I am involved in our Hershy Highway project in New York City. Tuesday, I meet with Runny Skeeters, who is the Transit Administrator for State of New York. There is no way I can cancel this meeting, as it is very important to my company Swollenutz Development.

I can probably be in Amsterdam on Thursday, if Mr. Stephens and I can set up a meeting for that day.

Another issue is that I must make special travel arrangements for my dog, Willis, who never leaves my side. I trust that my dog will not be a problem, as he is not very big.

Please provide an email address for Mr. Stephens so that I can get specifics on the meeting to complete the transaction. I am rarely alone at work or home, and discussing this matter on the phone would risk exposing our business. Email is very private and works well for me.

Then I start thinking that he may have responded via the fax number to determine if it was actually valid. Uh oh.. If I don't respond to his fax, he will no it is not my number. If I DO respond, I won't know what to respond to. Hmm.... This should cover my bases:

Timothy,

What is happening? I emailed Wesley Stephens as you directed, and he never replied. I asked you to confirm his email address and you never replied.

A fax was sent that my partner Robert received which made him very angry at me. He has not spoken to me since he took it off the machine. He will not tell me what it was, but I fear that you may have sent something without letting me know. IF YOU HAVE DONE THIS, PLEASE DO NOT DO IT AGAIN WITHOUT ADVANCE NOTICE TO ME!

Any communication needs to be made by email which I am able to keep very private.

I am very anxious to conclude this business, both for the financial reward as well as the welfare of your mother! As I said before, it takes some time for me to establish plans for travel, and I do not wish to delay this trip any longer!

Please reply today.

Thank God for that. So far I have managed to keep this whole thing a secret from Rober

" You are delaying this transaction,I must confuss."

How am I delaying the transaction? I reply promptly to every email you send. Sometimes you take days to respond. Even Wesley takes days to respond.

As far as setting up travel, your demands that I travel to Amsterdam on a whim to be there in 48hrs is not reasonable. I cannot just jump on a plane as if it were a taxicab. Perhaps it is different in Ghana where you probably use old biplanes rather than modern jet aircraft.

After weeks and weeks of dealing with you, I still have no idea how much money is involved on my part. I can write a check to the security company, but need to know how much to have available in the account.

It would be best if we could communicate by email, as I cannot disclose this business to my partner. He is a real asshole and would get violently angry if he found out I was doing this. My personal safety depends on keeping this confidential. I am already fearful that he may have already intercepted a fax, so it is very important to keep him clear these dealings. When using email, I type at a keyboard and appear to be doing my normal work.

I need full details as to how this transaction will take place. Although I usually have a representative Swollenutz Development (my company) pick me up at the airport, I can rent a vehicle for my next trip in order to conduct our business privately. It may also provide me some opportunity to tour your country. I have only been to Amsterdam twice, and both times were very brief business trips with no leisure time at all. For this trip, I have told my partner I will be taking some vacation time after a meeting at The Clap, our new business development there. I was hoping that Tim Mobutu Sese-seko could also meet with us, as I would like to get together for some possible MMF after our business. Please let me know if this is possible.

I need at least a week's notice to set up travel. If it is possible to set up a meeting for next week, please provide a time and date, along with an address and directions on how to get to the security company. I also need details on the amount of money needed, as well as who the check should be made out to.

I am very disturbed at the delays you are causing in this transaction. I wrote you yesterday, yet you have not responded to me. Timothy is becoming impatient and accusing me of causing delays. I believe this is due to his mother being ill with cancer of the lever. In any case, I have told him that you are not replying in a timely manner, which is slowing things.

Wesley,

I was very happy to see your email today. Yesterday I had received an error from your ISP in which it stated that your email account had been cancelled or something.

Thank your for arranging the meeting for Tuesday. As usual, you and Tim behave as if I have a Boeing 747 idling in my driveway all ready to go. Nontheless, I will begin today in arranging to be in Amsterdam on that day. I have documents which have been faxed to me, and will sign them and have them with me. Another issue is the cost, which Tim assured me would not be more than $14,000. Why am I being charged much more than this???

I was hoping that Tim would be able to meet with us in Amsterdam, but apparently he is too cheap to buy a plane ticket, and wanted me to buy him one? Can you believe that? You are his attorney and I assume you are not working for free. Here in America, an attorney will clean your pockets just to sign his name on something. Anyway, it is disapointing that Tim could not meet with us, as I was hoping the three of us could get together for some MMF, where I could take you both out to feast on bearded clam.

As far as transportation, is there a way that I may meet you at the security company? I know very little about you, and would feel more confortable driving myself. In this case, I will need directions.

In any case, please tell me more about you, and send your picture via email. In my case, I am a senior partner with Swollenutz Development Corporation in Sprinfield Mass. in the United States. We have projects worldwide, including The Clap, a new business park in Amsterdam. At present we just negotiated a position as prime contractor for the Hershey Highway extension in New York City. I am single, having been divorced 2 years ago, and have no children. (Except for my dog Willis!) Please tell me about yourself including some of your qualifications. Include a picture as well. As a woman travelling alone, I need to have some confidence in the people I am dealing with.

I have arranged to be in Amsterdam on Monday, Apr 29. Please provide directions to the security company. Or, if you would prefer, maybe we should meet prior to going to the security company to make sure I have all my paperwork in order.

I should have the needed funds available in my account today, and have been assured by my banker that I can write a check against these funds by next tuesday. The payment will be a personal check, and I am sure the security company can verify the funds prior to deposit. Although the cost is a bit higher than Tim had estimated, I don't see this as a big problem considering the amount of money I will be making on this deal!

I am getting quite excited and am looking forward to meeting with you and concluding our business next week. Please provide the directions and as to whether you wish to meet someplace before the meeting.

Dear Wendy,

Sequel to your last mail i wish to inform you that i am in receipt of the mail containing your travelling arrangements and i want you to k now that i will immeidiately make arrangements so that we can conclude this laudable transactyion on the same day you arrive but that will depend on your arrival time in Amsterdam.

Furthermore i will advise that you brief me exactly your flight intenary so that i can meet you up at the airport or better still i will meet you at the Reception level of the Sheraton Hotel which is opposite the airport in Amsterdam (schipphol airport) and when you get there you can then call me on my direct line + 31 623 629 066 or + 31 612 480 860 and i will immediately meet up with you at the airport and take you straight to the security company to finalise the transaction.

Lastly and most importantly i want you to know that the company will not accept cheques due to bad experiences of the company in the past with various clients and more over the cash payment also goes a long way to facilitate the release of the consignments and also the lodging of the content in the Banks under your name. So in the light of this development i will advise that you come along with the money in cash to advoid any delay in executing your transaction during your visit.

I appreciate your expedite action and i await to get your call as soon as you get this message.

Okay. Now we've got to start doing some web research on Amsterdam. Get some hotel names, street names, and find out where the nasty traffic is in the mornings and evenings. So I'm poking around, and came across this interesting site at http://www.overtoom.tv.
It's a webcam on a downtown Amsterdam street corner. There are actually 3 camera views in the same general location. Could I actually get this guy on camera? If carefully executed, it could be done. The overtoom tv website is full of good information on where the cameras are, and what businesses are in view. I now have a new mission: Operation Scammer Candid Camera!

Tim,

I have arranged my travel for Monday, April 29th, which is a day before our scheduled meeting. This transaction is very important to me and I will do nothing to jeapordize it. In fact, I have decided NOT to bring my dog, Willis, as pets can sometimes complicate things. Although Willis always travels with me, I will be leaving him in a kennel for this trip. I hate to do this, but it will be easier for all of us this way.

The only detail of concern to me is directions to the security company, which Wesley has not yet provided. I am very concerned about this. If Wesley is not available to contact on the weekend, we are running very short on time. I will have a portable computer with me on the trip, and will still be able to access email with it.

I remain hopeful that Wesley will contact me today. I am sorry I was not able to arrange for your travel. It would be nice if I could meet with you in Amsterdam.

Thank you for your prompt reply.

I am very surprised to learn that the security company will only take cash! At the same time, I understand that when dealing with foreigners, they are probably afraid of some sort of scam in which they do not get paid.

This is very large sum to manage. In fact, I believe there are customs issues with taking this much cash out of the country. I will research this issue today and see what I can do.

I have a meeting at the Clap business development in Amsterdam on Monday. Although I told my partner I wanted this to be a leisure trip, he still wanted me to check on the project. I arrive at the airport early in the morning, and then go directly to my business meeting. I remain open for the scheduled meeting at the security company on Tuesday. If you wish to move this meeting to Monday, perhaps I can still make it in the late afternoon. In any case, we should meet at an alternate location as you suggested, then go to the security company together.

As I have already suggested, please send your picture if you can. This will make it easier for me to recognize you when we meet.

All this is subject to when you will be free on Monday for the offices close by 5 in the evening so the ball is in your court. Also as soon as you are in the Sheraton Hotel Reception level dont fail to give me a call so that i can send my personal secretary to pick you and bring you into the board room for the final signing ceremony.

Furthermore as concerning the cash i will advise that if it is not possible to carry the US$15,500.00 in cash you can then carry about Ten thousand in cash and the balance you can carry in travellers cheques(american express) or better still you can send it to Holland through Western Union to your self so that you can pick it up here in Amsterdam; or better still you can send in the name of our companies chief accountant Mr. Steve Martins to make things a whole lot easier for your self.

Lastly please do not forget to make a photocopy of your international passport, photocopies of your consignment Airway bill and the cash for these are all you need while in the office to clear your 3 consignments after which wew ill render you any services you require concerning the movement(transportation) of the consignments.

I considered your suggestion to wire the funds in the name of Steve Martins, but I would rather keep control of the money until the time that we conclude our deal. Okay... Let's get started on arranging that meeting in front of the camera.

From: Wendy

Subject: RE: meeting procedure.

I checked into my room, which is very near the Vondelpark in Amsterdam. I wish the security company could take a check, since carrying all this cash is very risky. I will be taking it with me in my handbag to the meeting, as I do not trust leaving it in my room.

In fact, while on the plane I became concerned with carrying all this money in a different country, to meet someone who is still somewhat of a stranger to me. You never sent me your picture, and I feel as I do not know you at all. To be honest, I am somewhat fearful for my safety. I hate to do this on such short notice, but I would like to meet you in a public place very near my hotel. I would like to do this today, this afternoon, after my meeting. I think I can make it by 2 or 2:30 this afternoon, which may leave enough time for our meeting.

I hope you are familiar with the area along the Overtoom just north of the Vondelpark. There is small pharmacy, called the "Staring Apotheek" on the Overtoom, just one door west of "JP Heyestraat". It is a large storefront, with bright red letters which are lit up. The address is Overtoom 392-394. It is on the north side of the street. I chose this place because it is very busy, and the pharmacy is very bright and easy to find.

After my meeting, I will check my email at the Amsterdam office, then proceed directly to my room to watch for you at the pharmacy. What I need from you is some description of what you will be wearing. I do not want to stand on the street with all this money. Therefore, I will watch the pharmacy from my room. When I see you, I will come out and we will meet on the street in public. If you can offer me some valid documents in regard to the transaction, and can ease my fears, we can then proceed to the security company.

Please do not disapoint me. The amount of money I will profit from this deal means a great deal to me. It means I may never have to work again. The only thing more important than this deal to me is my safety. I hope you understand. So it is important that you follow my instructions carefully: Email me a description of what you will be wearing, and be at the pharmacy at 2:30pm today.

Again, I will check my email before leaving for my room to watch for you. Please do not disapoint me!

So in the light of this development i will advise that you round up from your meeting in good time and when you are back at your hotel near the chemist at about 2-3 o clock i will send one of my staff mr. Collins white to come over to the chemist i will give him on of my complementary cards carrying my name duly signed by me and he will be wearing a black stripped suit with a white shirt and black pants and he is on the big side he will show you his i.d and copies of the airway bill and certificate of deposit for your consignments to verify with the ones you have before he will bring you to my office .So please do your best to see that we conclude today and make sure you have all your documents ready and the us$15,500.00 when coming to my office.

Wesley,

I just got your message. Thank you very much for appreciating my concerns. Please have him stand in FRONT of the pharmacy on the left side (by the big white window.). It will be easier for me to see him if he stands there.

I am also running late, and do not want to keep Mr. Collins waiting. If I am not there by 3:15, have him stand at the curb accros the street, and I will pick him up. There is a post across the street with a bicycle chained to it. (The bicycle has been there for days). If he stands just to the left of the post (on the west side, away from JP Heyestraat). I will stop my car at the curb and pick him up. We can then proceed to my hotel to view documents, then proceed to the meeting.

I will be in a white BMW. Hopefully you can get this message to him.

Again, have him wait at the pharmacy until 3:15. If I am not there, have him cross the street and wait at the post. The location is very important. This is a busy street and I need to know exactly where he will be, as I cannot stop for long. The post should be on his right as he stands by the curb.

Hopefully you can get these directions to him! I sincerely wish this meeting to take place!

Wendy

NOTE: Myself and some other collegues spent considerable time staring at th webcam, but never saw Mr. "Fat Guy" Collins. It is at this point, that I realize the pharmacy was a poor choice. It is too far from the camera to really verify whether the guy is there or not. This is frustrating as hell.

I have asked you repeatedly for your picture and you have never sent it. And today, you started calling yourself "Doctor" for the first time. Did you get a PhD over the weekend or something?

Although I was a bit late, Mr. Collins was NOT at the location when I drove by. I'm sure if he would have stayed just a few more minutes we would have met. But now this whole deal has been delayed because he was not smart enough to bring a coat with him!

I still do not feel confortable revealing my location until I meet at least one of you on my terms. I am just one woman who is dealing with 5 men, and I want to remain cautious. After much thought, I have elected not to reveal my exact location at this time. Rather, I want to meet you or your representive along the Overtoom at the location I previously specified. I will promise you there will be no mistakes in meeting this time.

I will be as specific as possible in order to make this meeting a success. I walked over to the location today to get very specific information on it, so that this meeting will be a success. Please follow these instructions carefully, and we can conclude our business tomorrow (Tues):

I need your representative at the curb, across the street from the pharmacy. He needs to be standing next to the light post, with the post on his right as he faces the street. There should be 2 arrows painted in the lanes directly in front of him. If he is standing in this exact location, I will know it is him as I stop the car at the curb. I will ask for directions to the Vondelpark, and he shall respond "1969". He is then to get in the car. Send only ONE person, please.

I HAVE NO OTHER BUSINESS PLANNED FOR TOMORROW. This location is minutes from my hotel. As a sign of good faith, YOU TELL ME WHEN TO BE THERE. I promise to be there within 5 minutes of the time you specify. I have kept the entire day free so that I will not be late this time.

I am sorry for these conditions. But I have made the decision that all the riches in the world are not worth compromising my safety. After your representative gets in the car, we shall park the car and discuss the transaction. If the paperwork is all in order, then, and ONLY then, shall I proceed to the transaction processing.

Please respond soon. I would like to conclude this business tomorrow.

Alas, I did not see the person at the place I had specified. It may be that I was too late for the meeting, although I know he was running late as well.

I had high hopes and dreams in regard to this transaction, for myself as well as your mother. Now it appears that my hopes are dashed, as Wesley has not responded to the email I left last night. I specified the exact location where to meet, and left the time up to him. But no reply yet. I am now leaving to take a walk in the Vondelpark and see some of the local sites. Perhaps, later today, Wesley will have a change of heart and agree to meet with me in this area which I feel confortable.

I will be in Amsterdam one more day. If I have not concluded this business by tomorrow, I will have abandoned it and will be back in the United States with my beloved dog Willis.

Give me regards to your mother.

Wendy

Dear Wendy,

I recieved your mail.

Please as I have earlier adviced you you do not do anything that will jeopardise this transaction. You have to follow they instructions because they do not stand to gain anything from this transaction. You that stand to gain, you have to pressurize them to recieve the consignment.

Please call Wesley up on phone to book an appointment with him for today.

From what I can sense you are scared. Nobody will hurt you. You feel free with them.

I await your immediate response.

Regards

Timothy 1969.

Tim,

I took a long walk today, and touring the Vondelpark and surrounding area. It gave me much time to think about this deal.

You tell me to pressurize them? They are pressurizing me, so I do believe they have something to gain from this deal.

I must say, Tim, that Dr. Stephens is begining to act like a jerk. He is telling me that I am "humiliating" his staff, just because I am trying to arrange a meeting. I was in the Pharmacy today, and asked if anyone meeting his description had been standing outside yesterday and they replied that they had seen nobody. So I am beginning to doubt that he was there at all.

What Dr. Stephens and you cannot seem to understand that I am a woman alone with $15,500 in cash. This is a very vulnerable position to be in. The ONLY thing that will comfort me is a meeting with ONE person on MY terms. Once I can meet face-to-face with this one person, and can establish that all the documentation is in order, I will proceed to whatever meeting I need to go to. Unless we can arrange this first meeting on my terms, then there will be no deal. This is final.

I have given a specific location to Wesley. I have asked him to provide a time for me to be there. He has not. I have asked him to send his picture. He has not. I'm glad he is not my doctor. I would have died of fulcrumatic cancer long ago.

I have taken a picture of the location I want to meet at, and will promise to be there EXACTLY on time. Should Wesley decide that this is not acceptable, I will assume him to be impossible to deal with and will be on the next flight back to New York.

Wendy

NOTE: I figured I needed to "prove" that I was not just somebody screwing with him over the internet, but was instead a person who was "really there", So I captured one of the images from the webcam. I cropped it, inserted some red text showing the time and date, and presented as a digital photo taken that day.

Wesley,

I remain comitted to completing this deal, but the first meeting must be on my terms. I walked down to take a digital picture of the location I need your staff to be at. There are no other meetings to delay me this time. I drive up to this post and stop at EXACTLY 8AM tomorrow (Weds).

If your man is not at this location 8am tomorrow, my next stop will the Amsterdam airport where I will fly home and forget any of this ever happened. I am sorry to be so firm, but at this point nothing will convince me to walk into a room full of strangers with $15,000 in my pocket. My terms of this initial meeting will allow me to be sure I am meeting with only ONE person. I have dictated the time only because you have not done so. You seem to have a habit of not doing what I have asked.

But again, if a different time works better for you, please let me know. This location is very close to where I am staying. I promise to be there EXACTLY ON TIME.

The picture of the location is attached to this message. Please do not disappoint me.

Wendy

NOTE: He just couldn't resist this one!

Please review my earlier email in which I specified that he stand at the post which is accross the street from the pharmacy. I went to the trouble of taking this picture so that we all would be absolutely positive of where to meet.

In the picture there are some bicycles chained to the post. I need Mr. Collins to be to the left of this post (where the arrows are in the street). If he is in this exact location, I can be certain it is him from a distance. I will watch this location from 9:30 to 10:00 tomorrow morning (Wed).

I appreciate your understanding my situation. If he is there as promised, I am sure we can establish identities and proceed to the transaction. If he is not there, I will be on the first plane out of Amsterdam.

If for whatever reason he will be late, please let me know. I shall be on time.

Remember: HE NEEDS TO BE AT THE LIGHT POST, ACROSS THE STREET FROM THE PHARMACY. I have a better view of this location. If he is at the pharmacy itself, I may miss him. As soon as I send this, I will be retiring to bed for the day. In the morning I will be busy packing, so this is the last email you will get prior to this meeting.

I will be dreaming of money tonight! Once again I am getting excited over the prospects of this transaction!

Assure Mr. Collins I will not be late this time.

Dear Wendy,

I recieved your mail.

I understand you have really done your best but I would really want you to conclude this transaction for my sake and especially for the sake of my mother.

I do not know what is failure in my life, So you just do your best and leave the rest.I will conclude this transaction by special grace of God.

You have to check your mind if you have really do your best or not. You have to understand that the reciever has to show more interest than the giver. If I were in your shoes I would put /take to the security company instructions in order to recieve the funds. But I pray One day you do not be in my shoes, you really know how I feel writing you this mail.

I would beg you to act in good faith with the spirit of fear of God to conclude this transaction before leaving Amsterdam. If you do not recieve this money now, it will be very difficult for me to collect this funds and my mother's life is astake.

I wish you safe journey in the case you can conclude this trasaction before flying back to the states.

If a reliable source from Amsterdam, you look like a Crap to the the security company. So, you have to proof it to the Wesley Stephen you are not a crap.

I await your immediate response.

Timothy 1969.

MR. COLLINS, I PRESUME?

Mr. Collins arrives promptly. Come on, Wesley. He's not THAT fat. Maybe he could work out a little, but he's still not what I would call a porker.
Standing close to where he is supposed to be, but not right at the post. Maybe he thinks I have a sniper rifle or something. (The blurred bicylist is due to me capturing image between frames).
Now he's across the street! How did he get over there so fast?!?
What the hell is he doing over there? Wasn't I clear about where I wanted him to stand?
Now he's back over here! Pretty fast for a chubby guy!
Okay... I've got to go with Wesley here. This guy could use the Slim Fast diet plan.
I guess he was not so fast after all. Now, we see a Mr. Collins by the camera, and ANOTHER Mr. Collins by the pharmacy. Oh, Wesley.... I am so ashamed of you. Double teaming a helpless lady who is all by herself!

I am sorry I did not make the meeting. Seeing 2 people in black suits scared me, so I went straight to the airport.

I would rather do this whole transaction electronically. My bank wire information is at:

Dear Wendy,

You really disappointed me in the way and manner to handled this transaction in Amsterdam. If you had taken to the Wesley Stephens instructed I should think everything would have been over by now.

Where do we start from fo God sake?

You have to call Wesley Stephens to conclude this transaction electronically as you just suggested in your last mail.

Find attached a video clip of my body guard loading the consignment before shipment to Amsterdam.

I await your response.

Tim,

It is good to hear from you. How is your mother?

I recieved the video clip, and must say that is a lot of cash. I think the last time I saw money like this was when I had landed on Boardwalk with 3 hotels on it. Also, your bodyguard is wearing a very fine watch. Probably a casio with a lap timer, which is very expensive here.

Have you seen the link I provided for the bank information? Please view it at:

http://www.willcoxinfo.bravepages.com/bankwire.htm

...then tell me what you think. It is important you read the information in detail and tell me if this will conclude the deal properly.

But before clicking on the link, I sill must ask you: Would you be interested in taking the pigskin bus to tuna town?

I have asked you this many times and still you have not answered me.
